How to use the parking lot

Visitors

Please receive your parking ticket from the parking ticket issuing machine at the entrance gate before entering. Please be sure to bring your parking ticket with you as it will be required for payment at the advance payment machine.

If you want to leave the parking lot smoothly, we recommend using the pre-payment machine!
You can exit the venue faster than paying at the exit.

Pre-payment machines are installed at the A and B bridges connecting Airport Terminal Building and the parking lots, the central access facility (domestic flights terminal side/central/ international flights terminal side), and the B parking lot multi-storey car park (P2). You can pay before boarding, making for a smooth exit! Please use them. You can also pay with credit cards, transportation IC cards, Rakuten Edy, and WAON. The pre-payment machines also accept large bills!

Airport shuttle bus (free)

This is a circulating bus that runs between Parking Lot C and Airport Terminal Building. It operates from 5:00 AM to midnight on the following route: Parking Lot C → Catering Building → international flights Building (bus stop 98) → ANA side (bus stop 30) → JAL side (bus stops 1-10) → Parking Lot C. For details, please see the Airport Circulation Bus (Free) timetable.

*Please refrain from rushing onto a moving vehicle at each stop as it is extremely dangerous. Thank you for your cooperation.

* Advance tickets can be purchased by submitting a dedicated application form, transferring the fee, and then mailing it to you after payment has been confirmed.

Calls for chartered buses will be made at the rest area, but passengers waiting on the bus will be called over the speaker.

*Chartered bus staff may enter Terminal Building to check aircraft arrival times, etc.

During parking guidance hours, you will need a "charter bus ticket" to park in the charter bus boarding lane. Please note that you will not be able to park without a ticket.

To ensure smooth organization and guidance, we ask drivers to submit a "Charter Bus Call Information Form" and "wait at a rest area in accordance with arriving flight."

How to use the parking lot

Admission

  • At the entrance to the chartered bus parking lot, take a parking ticket from the ticket machine and enter.
  • After entering the facility, please follow the directions (green in the diagram) and hand over the "Charter Bus Call Information Form" to the staff in front of the rest area. Alternatively, after parking in a parking space, please fill out the "Charter Bus Call Information Form" at the rest area and hand it over to the staff in charge.
  • The staff in the rest area will share the contents of the "Charter Bus Call Information Form" with the staff in charge of guiding passengers at the boarding area (international flights, ANA side, JAL side).
  • The staff in charge of organizing and guiding passengers in the rest area will receive calls from the staff in charge of organizing and guiding passengers at each boarding point to call for a chartered bus, and will inform the bus driver of the designated boarding point.

Participation

  • When you receive a call, please follow the directions within the facility (red in the diagram) and pay your parking fee at the automatic payment machine at the exit.
  • After exiting, please move to the designated boarding lane.

Free umbrella rental

In case of rain, umbrellas will be available for loan at the entrances and exits to the parking lots of the A and B connecting bridges and the central connecting facility. After use, please return them to the collection box at the exit gate.

A and B Parking Lot Advance Reservations

Changes to parking locations and expansion of reservation slots for reservation services

The second floor and rooftop of the multi-storey car park have been expanded as reservation spaces. Parking spaces will be changed due to construction work from August 2025.

One vehicle can be parked in a designated space from entry to exit for a single reservation fee.
The reservation fee will be paid at the same time as the parking fee settlement for the parking ticket issued at the reservation gate. (Settlement is done at the advance payment machine or at the exit payment machine.)

How to cancel or change a reservation

  • Please cancel your reservation by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your visit.
  • If you need to make changes, please cancel and reschedule.

Admission

Enter through the reserved entrance gate

Please provide your name and reservation ID via the intercom at the A2 reservation entrance gate of Parking Lot A. The reservation ID is listed on the reservation completion screen and in the email sent from the reservation site.

Proceed to the designated reservation slot

After issuing your parking ticket at the reservation-only entrance gate,
For general reservations, please go to the multi-storey parking lot on the right.
For reservations for people with disabilities
Please proceed under the connecting facility on the left.

Parking in a reserved parking space

General reservations are on the second floor of the multi-story parking lot.
Or please park in an available space on the roof.
For reservations for people with disabilities
Please park in the available space below the connecting facility.

Participation

  • Payment is the same as for general customers, please pay the reservation fee and parking fee at the advance payment machine or exit payment machine using your parking ticket before exiting the venue. (The reservation fee will be added to the fee.)
  • To receive the disability discount, please do not pay in advance. After exiting through the reserved parking lot, enter the B2-1 exit gate of Parking Lot B or the A4 exit gate of Parking Lot A and press the attendant call button. An attendant will give you the disability discount.

Precautions for Use

  • If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so on the reservation website by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your reservation.
  • If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel it on the reservation website by 5:00 p.m. on the day before your visit, and then make a new reservation.
  • If you do not contact us in advance and the time period specified below has passed since the reserved entry date and time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. (April to October: 1 hour, November to March: 2 hours)
  • There will be no cancellation fee due to flight Cancelled.
  • If you do not contact us to cancel your reservation, we will not charge a cancellation fee, but we may refuse to provide you with the service in the future.
  • If you wish to change your reservation time on the day, please contact us at 0123-45-7061.
  • If you shorten your reservation period, a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen/day will be charged.
  • If your reservation period is extended due to a flight Cancelled, etc., you will be required to pay parking fees for the extended period, but no additional reservation fees will be charged.
  • If you do not notify us of an extension to your reservation period, we may refuse to provide you with service in the future.
  • Depending on the weather, etc., you may be asked to park in another space.
