Airport Usage Fees

This section provides information on landing fees, parking fees, and security fees incurred during aircraft operations.

1. Landing fee

The total amount will be calculated by applying the following rates to each aircraft landing.

*1 A domestic commercial passenger jet is a jet aircraft engaged in domestic aviation that transports passengers for a fee in response to the demands of others.

*2 An international commercial passenger jet is a jet aircraft engaged in international aviation that transports passengers for a fee in response to the demands of others.

*3 A domestic commercial cargo jet is a jet aircraft that operates in domestic air transport, transporting cargo for a fee in response to the demands of others.

*4 Other jet aircraft refer to jet aircraft other than those specified in *1 to *3 above.

B. Other aircraft

Aircraft weighing 6 tons or less	A flat rate of 1,000 yen
Aircraft weighing over 6 tons	700 + (maximum takeoff weight - 6 tons) × 590 yen

(2) Noise-proportional portion

A. A jet aircraft that engages in the transportation of passengers for a fee in response to the needs of others.

(Noise level - 83) × 3,800 yen

B. Jet aircraft other than A.

(Noise level - 83) × 3,400 yen

(3) Portion proportional to the number of passengers

Number of passengers transported for a fee × 460 yen

2 Stopping fee

For the aircraft described in (a) and (b) below, the total amount will be calculated by applying the respective fare rates in the table below for every 24 hours of layover time.
(a) Aircraft operating at domestic airports that are parked within the airport for more than 3 hours
(b) Aircraft operating at an international airport that are parked at New Chitose Airport for more than 6 hours or at any other airport for more than 3 hours

(1) Aircraft weighing 23 tons or less

conditions
Aircraft weighing less than 3 tons	A flat rate of 810 yen
Aircraft weighing more than 3 tons but less than or equal to 6 tons are subject to the same rule.	A flat rate of 1,620 yen
Aircraft weighing over 6 tons but 23 tons or less	1,620 + (maximum takeoff weight - 6 tons) × 30 yen

(2) Aircraft weighing more than 23 tons

Aircraft weighing over 25 tons but not exceeding 100 tons	2,250 + (Maximum takeoff weight - 25 tons) × 80 yen
Aircraft weighing over 100 tons	8,250 + (Maximum Takeoff Weight - 100 tons) × 70 yen

3 Security fee

For jet aircraft transporting passengers or cargo for a fee, the fee will be the amount obtained by applying the fees listed in the table below to the airport usage fee at the time of departure.
