Application to conduct a survey | New Chitose Airport

Whether you are a corporation or an individual, if you plan to conduct a survey within the airport terminal, please contact us to confirm the feasibility of your planned date and time, and submit the application documents at least five business days prior to the survey date.

Important Information

Please refrain from conducting surveys with customers waiting in line at the check-in counter.
Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for any problems that may arise with customers as a result of conducting the survey.
For security reasons, this cannot be done at security inspection, baggage claim areas, departure lounges, or government-controlled areas (immigration checkpoints, customs and quarantine areas).

④ Photograph of identification to be worn during the investigation
Examples: ID cards placed in armbands or neck straps that include the name of an organization or the designation of "investigator".
If you are wearing the school-designated uniform or gym uniform, you do not need to attach anything.
