Thai AirAsia will begin new service at New Chitose Airport on Sunday, June 15, 2025, opening a new route New Chitose and Chiang Mai (via Taipei*)!
* Disembarkation in Taipei is also possible.

This will be Thai AirAsia's first scheduled flight to Hokkaido, and the first time it will operate a New Chitose-Chiang Mai route at New Chitose Airport.
Chiang Mai is a beautiful ancient city in northern Thailand, known as the "Rose of the North." You can enjoy Thai traditions and culture at temples such as Wat Phra That Doi Suthep and the Night Bazaar, where you can taste local street food.
