Regarding the continued sale of AB Parking's regular contract plan.
1. Overview
This plan allows you to use three different areas within New Chitose Airport AB Parking Lot for a fixed monthly fee.
2. Fees

- The above prices include national and local consumption taxes.
- A month is defined as the period from the beginning to the end of the month, and contracts are not entered into or terminated during the month.
- Payment is required in advance. Please transfer the payment by the 20th of the previous month using the method specified by our company.
Please note that you can also pay for 3, 6, or 9 months at once.
3. Contract Period
- (1) The contract period will be one month, and thereafter, unless an intention to cancel is indicated by the 15th of the previous month, the contract will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
- (2) If you apply for a lump-sum payment for multiple months, after automatic renewal, the payment will generally be for the same number of months as the initial application. If you wish to change this, please contact us.
Please note that lump-sum payments are only available for contracts up to March 2027. - (3) You cannot terminate the contract midway through the contract period.
- (4) No refunds will be given under any circumstances during the period.
Even in the case of lump-sum payments, we will not refund any amounts already paid.
4.How to use
- (1) Upon receiving your application, we will issue you a commuter pass (magnetic card) and a user certificate.
- (2) When entering or exiting the parking lot, please insert your commuter pass into the entrance/exit gate.
- (3) Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces.
- (4) While parking, please place your parking pass at the front desk so that it is visible from outside.
Vehicles without a parking permit will be treated as illegally parked vehicles. - (5) You can enter and exit the parking lot 24 hours a day.

② Copy of the vehicle inspection certificate
③ Copies of both sides of your driver's license (※Only for customers who are not corporate clients)
If you are submitting a driver's license with your My Number (My Number Driver's License), Please submit only the front side, and mask any information that is not necessary for My Number (individual number) or identity verification by blacking it out or using other methods to make it unreadable.
*Please ensure your name, address, date of birth, and a photograph are clearly visible.

② After confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email. If the reservation is fully booked, we will contact you by email.

The original invoice will be sent to you by mail.

If the deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to use the voucher.
④Receive your commuter pass card → Once we confirm your payment, we will mail you your commuter pass card and certificate.
6. Reissue due to loss, etc.
- (1) If your commuter pass or card is lost or damaged, it will be reissued.
- (2) A reissue fee of 1,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.
7.Other
- (1) When using the parking lot, please comply with the "New Chitose Airport Parking Lot AB Parking Lot Management Regulations" and the "New Chitose Airport Parking Lot Fixed-Term Contract Plan Agreement."
- (2) If you continue to park after the contract period has expired, general parking fees will apply.
