Baggage storage area on the 1st floor of the Domestic Terminal inside the New Chitose Airport Terminal Building

*Currently, we can only accept pick-ups at the 1st floor of the Domestic Terminal.
*Please note that a baggage storage fee will be charged when picking up items sent by a baggage delivery service.

A limited number of restrooms on each floor of the Domestic Terminal and on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the International Terminal at New Chitose Airport are equipped with basic powder rooms.
You may use these areas for applying makeup, but there are no chairs provided.
Please note that the outlets near the powder room are for staff use only and cannot be used by the public.


On the 2nd floor of the New Chitose Airport Domestic Terminal Building, there is a packing area available for organizing your belongings, such as suitcases.

Both the Domestic and International Terminal buildings offer free wheelchair rentals.
They are available at the Information Center.
*Please note that the number of wheelchairs is limited.
*Wheelchairs rented from the Information Center cannot pass through the security inspection.

Both the Domestic and International Terminal buildings offer free stroller rentals.
They are available at the Information Center.

There are prayer rooms available for anyone to use, separated by gender, on the 2nd floor of the New Chitose Airport International Terminal Building.
Inside the rooms, there are small purification facilities for cleansing the body before prayer and signs indicating the four cardinal directions (east, west, south, and north).

This service is available at the "baggage Storage" on the 3rd floor of international flights Domestic Passenger Terminal Building. (Business hours: 11:00-14:00)

On the 4th floor of the Domestic Terminal Building, we have computers and a copy machine available (for a fee) in the Business Services Corner.
Here, you can access various services tailored for business use, including internet access, printing from the provided computers, copying, and faxing.

The observation deck is open except during the winter season.

Open from April 1st to November 30th
*Closed during the winter season from December to March.

Operating hours: 8:00-20:00
*Even during the operating period, the observation deck may be closed due to weather conditions such as strong winds or snowfall.

There are binoculars available on the observation deck.
• Usage fee: 100 yen per use (approximately 100 seconds)

In the boarding area on the 2nd floor of the Domestic Terminal, you will find ticket vending machines for Keikyu Line trains, which run from Haneda Airport to the Tokyo metropolitan area, and for Keisei Electric Railway trains, which operate from Narita International Airport to the Tokyo metropolitan area.

There are smoking areas available in both the Domestic and International terminals.
Domestic Terminal: (2 locations on the 1st floor, 5 locations in the boarding area on the 2nd floor, 3 locations on the 3rd floor, 1 location on the 4th floor)

Nursing rooms are located throughout the Domestic and International Terminal buildings and are available free of charge to all.
They are equipped with cribs and facilities for preparing formula and washing hands.

There are no shower rooms available in the terminal building, but there is a day-use bathing facility called "New Chitose Airport Onsen" on the 4th floor of the Domestic Terminal.

Floor-standing baggage scales are installed on the 3rd floor departure lobby of the International Terminal Building (at two locations).
Anyone can freely measure the weight of their baggage before check-in, so please feel free to use them.

Hot water dispensers are installed in three locations within the building.
Domestic Terminal: 1 location on the 4th floor lobby (in front of SNOW MIKU Sky Town)
International Terminal: 1 location in the 2nd floor lobby (near the nursing room on the north side)

The Hokkaido Tourist Information Center (New Chitose Airport) is located on the 2nd floor of the International Terminal Building.
We offer the latest sightseeing information on Hokkaido and other parts of Japan, and we can assist with travel consultations, including secondary transportation and accommodations.
We offer multilingual services for both domestic and international customers (English, Chinese, and Korean).

The New Chitose Airport parking website offers real-time updates on the availability of spaces in parking lots A, B, and C. Additionally, you can view live camera feeds of parking lots A and B.
